1. Any consumer that texts with Plymouth Rock shall not use the text SMS (“Service”) in any way that:
   1. violates any government rule, regulation or statute including, but not limited to, CAN-SPAM Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act;
   2. adversely impacts the availability, reliability, or stability of the Service;
   3. attempts to bypass or break any security mechanism of the Service;
   4. transmits personally identifying, confidential, or proprietary information, including but not limited to social security numbers or credit card numbers;
   5. enables anyone to connect with emergency services including but not limited to, security, police, fire department services;
   6. transmits any information that may be libelous, defamatory, or otherwise harmful to any person or entity;
   7. transmits any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms or any other malicious, harmful, or deleterious programs
2. Recipients of Plymouth Rock texts are responsible for any fees they may incur using the Service
3. This Service cannot be used to contact emergency services
4. Consumers may opt out of the Service by texting ‘stop’ to any text from Plymouth Rock
