In just a few minutes, you can request replacement insurance ID cards on Plymouth Rock’s website.
Your proof of insurance will be available immediately and your official replacement ID card will be mailed the next business day. Here’s how to do it:
- Log into Manage Your Policy. (Haven’t registered for online service? Have your policy number handy and create an account here.)
- After you’ve signed in, look to the right-hand “What would you like to do today?” menu and click the “Request ID Cards & Proof of Insurance” link.
- You may be prompted to select the policy term for which you would like new cards. Make your selection.
- Click the “View/Print” button.
That’s it! A temporary insurance card will display that you can then print, email or save. And, your new permanent card will be delivered as quickly as a standard letter in the mail.
If you prefer not to request your ID card online, you can also give us a call and we’ll get you a replacement.
We also offer mobile ID cards, which give you the ability to access your auto insurance ID card on most mobile devices using the Plymouth Rock Assurance app.
A note for New Jersey customers
Only Plymouth Rock can issue your permanent ID cards in compliance with state fraud prevention regulations. Please do not print and use the insurance ID card found online with your policy documents. Only paper ID cards mailed from Plymouth Rock or your mobile ID card are in compliance with anti-fraud standards. You can access a valid mobile ID card from most mobile devices.
