Roadside assistance for personal auto policies**
Service1 includes:Professional representatives will come to your location to replace the flat tire with your spare.
If you need help opening your doors or need a locksmith, a representative will come assist you.
We will deliver water and up to two gallons of gas at no charge. Other emergency fluids will be made available to you to get your car back on the road.
Have a dead battery? Our program covers you for emergency jump-starts.
Concierge Service helps you get through the hassle of a breakdown, 24/7. If you need it, a representative will contact your spouse or your work, help you find a hotel room, rental car or ATM, and even help you to coordinate other travel arrangements so you can save time and keep moving.
If your car is disabled due to a mechanical breakdown or reason other than an accident, it will be towed to the closest dealer or authorized repair facility of your choice within 25 miles with no out-of-pocket expense.

Service includes:If your motorcycle is disabled due to a mechanical breakdown or reason other than an accident, it will be towed to the closest dealer or authorized repair facility of your choice within 35 miles with no out-of-pocket expense.
If you need assistance with a locked ignition, steering or storage compartment, we’ll send a locksmith to assist you. Key making or keyhole work is an additional charge.

We will deliver fuel, oil, water or other fluids needed to get your motorcycle back on the road. Cost of fluids not included.
Concierge Service helps you get through the hassle of a breakdown, 24/7. If you need it, a representative will contact your spouse or your work, help you find a hotel room or a nearby ATM, and even help you to coordinate alternate transportation so you can save time and keep moving.
All non-emergency calls will be referred to the appropriate department.

**Roadside assistance for personal auto policies is provided by Quest Towing Services (QTS). Water and up to two gallons of gas are provided free of charge. Other fluids provided at additional cost. If your car is disabled, it will be towed to the closest dealer or authorized repair facility of your choice within 25 miles. If there is no repair facility within 25 miles, then it will be towed to the closest repair facility, with no out-of-pocket expense. Roadside assistance is not available for vehicles that are disabled as a result of an accident. Towing coverage is limited to no more than 6 occurrences in any 12-month period. Delivery of gas is limited to 4 times in any 12-month period. A $75 limit applies to reimbursements for roadside assistance services that were not obtained by contacting QTS. If a service call is not canceled before the service provider is on their way, or the policyholder is not present when the service provider arrives, it will count towards their usage limit even if no service is provided. Customer is solely responsible for payment directly to the service provider for any fees for accommodations arranged by Concierge Services.
1Some of the features are available only to customers who have purchased comprehensive or collision coverage. Roadside assistance services outlined are included as part of auto insurance policies underwritten by Teachers Auto Insurance Company of New Jersey, and motorcycle policies underwritten by Rider Insurance Company and Palisades Safety and Insurance Association (excluding ATVs/UTVs). Roadside assistance can also be purchased as part of Plymouth Rock personal auto policies.
2Roadside assistance for motorcycle policies is provided by Quest Towing Services (QTS). Cost of fluids will be responsibility of policyholder. At no charge to the policyholder, a tow will be provided to any qualified repair facility of policyholder’s choice within a 35-mile radius of the motorcycle’s disablement location. If the policyholder requests to be towed to a destination beyond 35 miles, the policyholder will be responsible to pay the tower at the time of tow the difference in cost from the nearest qualified repair facility within 35 miles and the tow destination they requested. Winching (usually defined as 25 to 30 feet from road depending on tower’s equipment) will be included in the Roadside Services provided for passenger motorcycles. Roadside assistance service for motorcycles does not include services for motorcycles used off-road, trailers used to haul motorcycles, or any service that is reasonably non-accessible to towers. A $75 limit applies to reimbursements for roadside assistance services that were not obtained by contacting QTS. Policyholder is solely responsible for payment directly to the service provider for any fees for accommodations arranged by Concierge Services. A maximum amount of $150 will be reimbursed if the service provider is unable to provide assistance due to specific highway towing restrictions. A copy of the receipt is required.
