So when this happens, we promise to do our best to honestly acknowledge and correct them. While other companies may make similar promises, we believe in going the extra mile. Our Pledge of Assurance means we’ll put our money where our mouth is. If we ever fall short of these superior standards — in our opinion or yours — we’ll make a $25 contribution to your choice of a select group of charities.

- If you do not get the information or help you need, we will provide a supervisor or manager for additional assistance.
- At the end of your call, we will clearly explain next steps and convey how we plan to keep you informed.
