Plymouth Rock Assurance respects the wishes of individuals who do not wish to receive marketing telephone calls (which for purposes of this policy include text messages). Plymouth Rock does not knowingly place marketing calls to numbers appearing on a state or federal Do Not Call list or to the number of a person who has requested not to receive telemarketing calls made by or on behalf of Plymouth Rock (unless permitted by applicable law or express written consent of the individual). All employees engaged in telephone solicitation are trained on the requirements of this Do Not Call Policy.
Consumers who request not to receive telemarketing calls from Plymouth Rock will be placed on the company’s Do Not Call list and will not be called during any future telemarketing campaign for any period required by applicable law.
