Road Rewards is Plymouth Rock’s safe driving program that allows eligible drivers to earn rewards on everyday items simply by driving safely.
Enrollment in the program is strictly voluntary. Participation requires the use of the Plymouth Rock Assurance app. When an eligible driver earns enough reward points for driving safely, they can choose to redeem those points for rewards! There is no charge for downloading the Plymouth Rock app and participating in the program.
If you are a personal auto insurance policyholder of a Plymouth Rock company in CT, MA, NH, NJ or PA and bought your policy through an independent agent or are listed as a driver on such a policy, you may enroll in the program and receive rewards and safe driving tips. All licensed NY residents are eligible to participate in the program and earn rewards without buying a policy.
Road Rewards displays a rolling two-week driving score based on driving safety. The score is used to rank eligible drivers and then award points to each eligible driver based on their standing relative to other eligible drivers using the program. The safer you drive, the better your score; the better your score, the better your ranking; the better your ranking, the more points you earn!
Road Rewards observes and measures trip time, acceleration, braking, cornering, speed, distance travelled, location, and phone usage while driving. Not all of these activities are used to determine your driving score or the rewards you can earn.
No. Road Rewards has no effect on your premium.
Yes. Participation is completely optional. You can disable Road Rewards within the Plymouth Rock app at any time.
Road Rewards encourages safe driving by educating drivers about their driving habits and providing rewards to incentivize eligible drivers to drive more safely.
Plymouth Rock Assurance® and Plymouth Rock® are brand names and service marks used by Perks and More, LLC and separate underwriting, managed insurance, and management companies that offer property and casualty insurance in multiple states. The Road Rewards app is available for use by the general public in the states where Plymouth Rock operates including NY, MA, CT, NH, PA and NJ. In NY, residents age 18 and over may use the Road Rewards app and earn rewards through Perks and More, LLC without buying an insurance policy. To earn rewards in CT, MA, NH, PA or NJ you must be listed as an insured operator on a personal auto insurance policy purchased through an independent agent and issued in MA or CT by Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation, in NH by Mt. Washington Assurance Corporation, in NJ by Palisades Safety and Insurance Association, or in PA by Palisades Insurance Company or Plymouth Rock Assurance Preferred Corporation.
