Road Rewards discounts
for safe driving

Road Rewards is Plymouth Rock’s safe driving program for eligible drivers to earn everyday rewards simply by driving safely.

Participation requires the use of Plymouth Rock’s Road Rewards mobile app. When an eligible driver earns enough safe driving points, they can redeem them for Amazon.com, Apple Gift Card, and Spotify Gift Cards, Fuel Rewards from Shell, Starbucks Cards, and movie tickets from Showcase Cinemas.

If you are a personal auto insurance policyholder of a Plymouth Rock company in CT, MA, NH, NJ or PA and bought your policy through an independent agent, or you are listed as a driver on such a policy, you may enroll in the program and receive rewards and safe driving tips. All licensed NY residents are eligible to participate in the program and earn rewards without buying a policy. There is no charge for downloading the Road Rewards app and participating in the program.

The app displays a rolling two-week driving score based on how safely you drive. The score is used to rank eligible drivers and then award points to each eligible driver based on their standing relative to other eligible drivers using the app. The safer you drive, the more points you earn.

Road Rewards educates participants about their driving habits and provides rewards to incentivize safer driving. It’s also a fun way to see how your safe driving compares to friends and family and compete for the best score through our Family Sharing Competition in the Road Rewards App!

The app observes and measures trip time, acceleration, braking, cornering, speed, distance travelled, location, and phone usage while driving. Not all of these activities are used to determine your driving score or the rewards you can earn.
